Excellent Stay in Alcudia
helpful staff ideal location daily service
I found the staff helpful . They addressed every request promptly. The location was ideal, close to the beach and local restaurants. I especially enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, with my room serviced daily to a high standard.
I experienced some noise from nearby street traffic in my room, which occasionally disrupted my sleep.

My Suite had modern decor and air conditioning. It included a minibar, a kettle, and a coffee machine for my convenience. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which I definitely appreciated.

Really good stay!
helpful staff many options
The location provided easy access to local restaurants and shops. The cleanliness was perfect, and the modern design added to the overall experience. I really appreciated the helpful nature of the staff, who were always available to assist with requests. The breakfast had many options.
Although the hotel offered many positives, the pool area did seem quite small, particularly when several guests wanted to use it simultaneously. I wish it was a bit larger.

The hotel featured a well-equipped gym with several machines for cardio and strength training. There was also a spa providing various treatments. It ensured relaxation . The rooftop terrace allowed for nice views.

The breakfast buffet provided a large selection of both hot and cold items each morning. The poolside bar offered a variety of snacks and beverages throughout the day. The prices seemed reasonable. The restaurant had nice options.
