a lovely stay!

convenient location warm welcome excellent service amazing food

the hotel's location near the bus stop was so convenient. the bus took me to the airport and palma cathedral. the staff displayed such a warm welcome at both breakfast and dinner. housekeeping provided excellent service and cleaned the room daily. the food was AMAZING!!!

the poolside bar uses breakable glasses by the pool and tells off guests that drink their own water, as it was not purchased there.

the hotel features a well kept outdoor pool approximately 25 meters long. i noticed it provides opportunities for both exercise and relaxation. basic loungers are available to use around the pool area, with a spot for sunbathing.

poor soundproofing greasy dishes

I was a bit disappointed with the noise level. soundproofing was not great. I could hear hallway noise at night. also, i found the food to be quite bland. most dishes seemed excessively greasy. This wasn't great for my stomach.

i found the hotel clean and modern. the location was great with the beach only a short walk away. the staff were friendly and helpful adding to the positive experience.

during my stay i found the gym to be quite small limiting workout options
