a charming stay
nice room extra touch
i was upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony. this room did not disappoint! the hotel sent a fruit platter and two glasses of wine to celebrate my anniversary. i found this little extra touch from the staff to be good.
the air conditioner blew directly on the head of the bed. it made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably. i hope they can adjust it soon.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception. they offered assistance with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. it seemed like they really cared about my experience.

wonderful coastal stay
private beach modern gym super clean room kind receptionist
the hotel location was excellent for accessing the private beach (umbrellas were plentiful). the modern gym had good equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. i found the room super clean and well kept. the staff were very kind, particularly the receptionist who was very cute.
the power went off briefly one afternoon, affecting the lifts and water for a short time.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of options with fresh choices available, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the beach bar provided convenient access to refreshments with enjoyable seating (i tried the local beers!).

The hotel featured both indoor and outdoor pools with ample space for relaxation. I noticed many loungers. the spa included a sauna and steam room (i spent an afternoon there!). the location allowed easy walks to the promenade.

mixed feelings about this hotel
carpet stains threadbare towels
The room i was assigned overlooked another building (a disappointment). i found this diminished the experience significantly. i also noted some issues with maintenance. There were stains on the carpets and threadbare towels. this lack of attention to detail detracted from the overall impression of the hotel.

the room was beautiful and included a balcony that had a side sea view. i loved that the hotel is set right on the beach front. it was really convenient.
