The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated Alina at reception. She was informative. Giannis at the bar offered helpful information about the surrounding area. The hotel provided a free upgrade to a side sea view room, a nice surprise.

The hotel showed its age in some ways. The shower door was not secured properly to the runner. I noticed scuffs on the walls. Constant noise became an issue. The breakfast food had a weird texture, and the meat was not proper.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of options. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was close to both a beach and local shops. The rooftop pool provided great views.

The bathroom in my room was small. The shower screen did not prevent water from splashing onto the floor. The floor underneath the shower mat was not to have been cleaned.

The room I stayed in looked outdated. I noticed mold around the bottom of the shower, the window sill had peeling paint, and several tiles in the shower were missing.

The room smelled of drains, a problem i found quite unpleasant. the toilet bin was not emptied daily despite us not being allowed to flush toilet tissues. the evening bar was only indoors. I would have preferred an outdoor option.
