Customer service was really good. Nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast was excellent! I appreciated the homemade jam and feta cheese pie. It was a real treat. The staff was cute and friendly every morning!

The garden view room I booked lacked a real garden view. It was unexpected.

the staff provided top service. the breakfast offered was one of the best i have ever experienced in a hotel. the pastries and banana bread were beautifully prepared. i had fresh bread, homemade jam, eggs with salmon, and warm pastries, even with my early flight (it was good!).

i had hoped for a better sound isolation in my room. even with the windows closed, external noises were noticeable, which impacted the peace .

my room was located on the ground floor facing the street and the windows did not block outside noise well. even when they were closed, i could still hear people passing by. it was a slight inconvenience, though i still slept well.

The team arranged a taxi for me from the airport. This was very helpful, especially since i arrived late in the evening. the staff provided excellent local knowledge and restaurant recommendations.
