a balanced view

food variety breakfast highlight reliable cleaning driver lateness old vehicle transfer issue

the food was really good with many options. i liked the omelette station every morning.. the man working there did a great job. the rooms were spacious, and we had clean towels every day. the cleaning service was always reliable.

the drivers were often late for transfers i booked. sometimes it was 15 to 30 minutes. some of the vehicles seemed old and not well maintained. this caused some anxiety about potentially missing our flight.

the food offered many options and tasted great. i found the staff to be friendly and polite . the hotel provided entertainment activities both during the day and in the evening .

The room's sound insulation was poor. I could hear neighbors in the next room each morning.

i found the pool area good with sufficient loungers and a shaded area. There were excellent bars and well-kept sports fields available. The beach was easily accessible with ample chairs and umbrellas.

the transfer drivers were sometimes late, slightly inconvenient.

the entire staff was friendly! the front desk helped quickly with any questions i had! the hotel felt very cute. food choices had enough variety for all of us and were good quality.
