The hotel's location was excellent. I appreciated that the staff was always available to assist with any requests. I also found the room to be very clean upon arrival. The hotel took care of luggage after check out, very convenient.

The hotel reflects its design focus. my room was very quiet, facing an inner courtyard. I found this especially beneficial. i appreciated the respect for my request to forgo daily room service, a practice i think encourages environmental responsibility.

i noticed some marks on the walls in my first room, which prompted a room change.

The location was acceptable. Everything was within walking distance.

The room felt cramped. Maneuvering around was a struggle. the bathroom was also quite small. It was difficult to use comfortably. to top it off the elevator was out of service one day. Forcing me to use the stairs with my luggage.
