Fantastic Location And Amazing Staff!

I loved that the hotel was super clean. The location is great. The tower and Champs-Élysées are nearby. The staff was especially helpful. Naiara was very kind to me and my wife. I really enjoyed the experience.
The room was small I could hear noise from the street. The lift was always crowded and slow. Breakfast was very basic with no variety nor good quality.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay the location provided easy access to nearby attractions i found a supermarket close by offering convenient access to groceries the room included a fridge and a safe
The noise insulation was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway.

the reception staff were very cute and provided information they also assisted with directions to local attractions the room service was prompt and efficient always ensuring needs were met quickly and well .

breakfast included a nice selection of pastries and fresh bread the croissants were particularly good the breakfast service was attentive ensuring all guests had what they needed without unnecessary delays.

temperamental showerlimited breakfast
I found some issues . The shower was temperamental. It was quite hard to adjust the water temperature correctly. I also thought breakfast was expensive considering the limited choices available. I expected a bit more variety for the price I paid!
