rooftop pool beautiful cityscape daily service

the rooftop pool had an amazing view. it offered a relaxing swim with a beautiful cityscape. my room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. the staff provided fresh water as soon as i requested it.

i found that the volume of the live saxophone player in the restaurant was a bit too high. it made conversation difficult.

the service wasnt great AT ALL. my room wasnt clean when i got there. it took asking several times and waiting an hour and a half before i could get into my room.

The hotel location provided easy access to the shopping mall and various restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff members, including Upekha, Nishel, and Yasasna, provided helpful and friendly service . I appreciated their consistent support.

This was an inconvenience, as I regularly use the fitness facilities when I travel. I wish I had known about this closure prior to my arrival.

The breakfast buffet included a large variety of fresh food choices, especially the hoppers. The cuisine options were amazing, with authentic food experiences during dinner. Sashita provided very nice hospitality.

The room was new, clean, and nicely designed, providing enough space for luggage and movement. A good city view included the lotus tower and allowed viewing the fireworks very well. The room service coffee cups were promptly removed.

The staff were professional, nice, and supportive. Sethmi and team were easy to talk to and work with. Mendis and Shervon helped make the function a success, also the attentiveness was excellent! Nadeeshan provided 5-star service.

good breakfast city view poor staff welcome drink

the room was new and nicely designed. it had enough space! i had a very good city view and could see the fireworks very well. the breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties!

The room was not ready when i arrived. Checkout time is at 10:00 am, so i do not understand why the room could not be ready after those hours. the staff failed to serve me a welcome drink, even a wet towel.
