Fantastic Find Near the Train Station

I found the staff very helpful. They assisted with directions and local tips. My room was clean, and the bathroom was quite large. I especially enjoyed having a rooftop bar with city views!
The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear some street noise at times.

The staff was so kind and helpful! hamza at reception was great, nothing was too much for him, he is a true gentleman! the hotel was very clean. i especially enjoyed the breakfast. It was simple but very decent, everything tasted so fresh and delicious!
the rooftop terrace bar and restaurant was unfortunately closed because of maintenance! this was quite disappointing. i wasn't informed about this closure beforehand. i would have loved to enjoy some drinks and food up there after a long day!

The junior suite included comfortable beds and simple furnishings. It. i especially liked the cleanliness of the room. everything felt very fresh and tidy. It was a relaxing retreat.

The hotel has a good location near bus and rail stations, this makes travel convenient. taxi services to the airport are easily accessible too. shops and cafes are within easy reach. You can walk to them quickly.

Excellent Stay Near the Train Station

the hotel is very close to the train station and that was useful for my travel plans. my room was cleaned daily to a high standard it had working air conditioning. i used the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening and the service was fast and efficient the food was tasty. the rooftop terrace offered great views of the surrounding area.
the elevator was not working this meant using the stairs to reach my room on an upper floor.

the hotel staff provided prompt assistance with luggage storage upon my early arrival they also arranged a taxi to the airport the morning i departed i found the reception staff consistently helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel location is good. It is near the train station. The rooftop bar and restaurant were nice for a relaxed evening. I found the breakfast satisfactory (it included an omelette station).
The elevator was out of service , a slight inconvenience on the fourth floor.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, allowing access to the medina and nearby restaurants. Menara Mall and M Avenue are also easily accessible. Taxis pass by the hotel frequently, facilitating easy travel.

the hotel is near the bus station so travel was easy. the staff are helpful, and the pool looked clean. i ate at the restaurant one night and the staff were friendly.
the walls were thin, and i heard everything. it sounded more like a hostel than a hotel. i found it difficult to sleep due to the noise.

my room had a comfortable double bed and a tv with many channels. the air conditioning worked well, it kept the room cool during the day. i had a good sleep each night.

the location offered quick access to local shops and restaurants i appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to help with directions the breakfast included a nice variety of options i enjoyed the calm atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. the rooms were functional and very clean.
the wifi was inconsistent which was a problem i needed a stable connection for work i hope this can be improved to better support guests needing reliable internet.
