mixed experience at this location

musty odor improper installation

i encountered a problem with the air conditioning unit. it emitted a musty odor. additionally, the window did not fully close, likely due to improper installation, resulting in considerable noise at night. the rooftop bar played loud music that was clearly audible in my room (i was not pleased with the rooftop noise).

the breakfast buffet included ample choices. staff at the restaurant were polite and attentive. i also appreciate the location near stores. it made shopping very easy for me.

my rooms lighting was not bright enough at all. it was a bit dim.

the hotel had two pools, one on the rooftop and another downstairs. the rooftop pool had a cocktail bar with a selection of drinks. the downstairs pool area had limited sun in the afternoons.

the hotel is close to the gueliz area. it is about a 25-minute walk to the medina. i found this location practical for accessing different parts of the city.

decent stay with some issues

pool repairs broken safe

i thought the breakfast was adequate.

The pools were under repair and i received no prior notice. i also requested a kettle and tea and coffee for my room, but room service hung up on me. reception provided no help either. the safe was broken and the back door would not lock properly.
