Nourdinne Barkach gave excellent customer service. He was helpful. The bar staff and entertainment staff were very friendly. They created new memories. The hotel staff were thoughtful. They always took care of me.
The arranged taxi took us to a shop. We bought goods there. Later, shopping went missing from the room.

The hotel grounds included well kept pools. the pool area had comfortable sun loungers. the gym facilities seemed present, but some machines were damaged, a minor drawback. The reception was decorated nicely.

Quite Relaxing Getaway

I enjoyed the pool area, it featured many palm trees. Staff members were super friendly and also very thoughtful. There were activities to do, and they motivated everyone to have some fun. It was a great location since it was close to the airport, mall, shops, and bars.
The hotel is not actually a true four stars, more like a basic three. I had to pay hotel tax, specifically 1600 Dirhams upon arrival. There is building work, so it's not very tranquil.

There were two swimming pools at the hotel to enjoy. A games room also offered other entertainment opportunities. Alcohol was available at the hotel bar.

My room was spacious and included a nice clean bathroom. The hotel staff provided toiletries . Hot water was always readily available for showers.

Hotel food was generally good, especially the omelets. Moroccan pancakes, along with croissants tasted great. I found the available breakfast choices suitable.
