superb location attentive staff lovely terrace firm bed unclean floor old mattress

the location was superb it was right in the medina. the staff were very nice and always attentive to our needs. the terrace was lovely.

the beds were too firm and sleeping was like resting on wooden planks. i believe the hotel should really invest in upgrading their mattresses. also, i don't think the floor in our room was cleaned during our entire stay.

tropical plants perfect location

The staff offered an really good greeting upon arrival. This. The building incorporates many different, intriguing spaces. Lush, tropical plants are throughout the building. This makes a huge difference. The location is perfect. The hotel is right in the heart of the best part of the souks, near the Secret Garden. It is still easy to reach from the taxi drop off point.

The bed mattress was quite hard. This was not good for side-sleepers.

The ryad seemed like a secret garden. i had a room upgrade to the el bacha suite. It felt so luxurious. the staff was kind! zack even remembered me from a previous visit and marouan was wonderfully professional.

the breakfast was a bit basic, lacking a moroccan feel! i expected more colorful and new experiences, but the offerings were croissants, bread, and eggs, which seemed a bit disappointing.

the staff was attentive, though.

the breakfast was disappointing! it lacked variety, and they didn't accommodate my dietary needs even though they claimed they would! plus, the portions were ridiculously small. i expect culinary delights when i am in this country, but the breakfast was really subpar.
