the location is very convenient near the rialto bridge. the room had nice decorations and the bathroom was modern. the staff was helpful and friendly .
the hotel is located in a dark alley behind the rialto hotel. i also noticed the area was not the cleanest. facilities are very limited with just a small reception and a bar next door for breakfast.

Charming Stay Steps From Rialto!

I appreciated the location. It was very close to the Rialto Bridge and a vaporetto stop. The staff booked a water taxi for me. They helped with my luggage too. The bathroom felt modern, with shower facilities I really enjoyed.
I noticed the absence of an elevator. It was tough to get to the top floor.

Breakfast offered a decent selection, and it included local pastries and fresh fruit. It was a pleasant way to start the day. The breakfast area, though small, was kept very clean.

The staff was always available at the front desk and answered all my questions. They offered helpful directions to attractions. Check-in was quick. The process was very smooth.

My room included air conditioning. It worked very well during the warmer days. The minibar was well-stocked. It included a variety of drinks and snacks. There was also free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
