Excellent Location and Clean Room

excellent location friendly staff clean room

The location is excellent. I found it easy to reach key attractions. The staff was polite and checked me in quickly upon my early arrival. My room had a canal view, and it was very clean. Breakfast was also nice.

The hotel lacks an elevator. This could be difficult with heavy bags or mobility issues. I would have appreciated assistance with my luggage upon arrival.

the location was central and near rialto bridge. the staff was helpful, always there to assist (which i appreciated). there were extra blankets in the room. i also found the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature.
