poor sound insulation morning noise
i could hear other guests very clearly, especially in the morning. it was difficult to sleep in, and it disrupted my stay a bit. the noise was a significant drawback, and the sound insulation needs improvement. i think quiet hours should be implemented (or enforced).

Excellent stay!

local restaurants marked points
The hotel provided a map with marked points of interest. The staff gave recommendations for local restaurants. I found this very helpful. There was coffee available in my room.
Quizás hay demasiado ruido por la mañana, y se escuchaba mucho a los otros huéspedes.

walking routes local restaurants
Tiziano provided maps with specific walking routes. These routes helped me experience main attractions and hidden gems. He gave us excellent tips about local restaurants. The restaurant choices resulted in superb dining experiences. This also helped me avoid tourist traps. I enjoyed great food at reasonable prices.
The stairs up to the lobby are steep. This could be difficult with heavy luggage.
