I found the receptionist helpful on arrival. she provided detailed instructions about venice transportation. the bus stop is conveniently located right outside. It takes only fifteen minutes to venice. i purchased a bus ticket for 2.5 euros at the hotel, so easy.

the air conditioning did not work well in my room . i had to keep the window open , and trains passing by at night disrupted my sleep.

Convenient Location for Venice Trip

The 24-hour reception staff arranged a stress-free shuttle to and from the airport. i appreciated the 24-hour bar since the room lacked a kettle. the breakfast was quite cheap and delicious. the bus stop outside the hotel simplified trips to venice. I bought bus tickets from reception.

The hotel provides a bus stop directly outside. The bus takes you straight to Venice center (this was quite helpful). Cleanliness was excellent (I found it very good). The staff were friendly. They provided helpful advice on Venice.

The air conditioning was somewhat lacking. It made the room a bit too warm at times.
