the staff was friendly. the rooms were clean. the location was close to public transport, especially the tram. it only took about 15 minutes to reach venice by tram.
the air conditioning was not effective. the room temperature felt too warm for sleeping, even with a thin cover. breakfast started at 7am, but by 7:30am many items were already depleted. there were very few options remaining.

The parking was convenient and i was able to easily access venice. I also appreciated the excellent breakfast options available each morning. The shower had amazing water pressure the best i experienced in italy. The lobby bar was simple and adequate for a quick drink.
the air conditioning wasn't very strong and i found it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. it was good.

The hotel was clean. The team offered coffee at the breakfast table. This was a big plus. The tram station is a few minutes away from the hotel. It takes you to Venice in about ten minutes. The tram goes every ten minutes until midnight.
I found the decor a bit dated. It feels like walking into the 50s or 60s. the room was slightly more modern.
