The room was bigger than i expected. it had tons of mirrors, awesome. the ac worked well, a must for those warmer days. i really appreciated the big brass key. It felt very authentic and added a unique touch to the stay. breakfast was so good, worth waking up for!

the bed was a little hard on my back. i would have liked a softer mattress.

The staff was helpful and friendly! they assisted with transportation and answered all my questions with a smile. one staff member even carried my bags up when i arrived late. So kind!

The location is excellent, super close to the grand canal plus many restaurants. the breakfast is served buffet style, with eggs and pancakes brought right to the table. So lovely! there's also a supermarket nearby for anything you might need

The room was quite spacious and very clean. I appreciated that. Its Venetian style was charming, aligning nicely with the local vibe. Breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff members were kind. I especially valued that the location was convenient, providing easy access to important landmarks.

The images online were not completely accurate representations of the bedroom received, something I thought could be improved.
