the room felt a little stuffy. the air conditioning seemed to struggle, especially during the warmer parts of the day. i also noticed some noise early in the morning from nearby activity, it was a bit disruptive. (earplugs might be a good idea for light sleepers!)

Good Stay in a Quaint Setting

spacious room clean room kind staff convenient location

The room was quite spacious and very clean. I appreciated that. Its Venetian style was charming, aligning nicely with the local vibe. Breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff members were kind. I especially valued that the location was convenient, providing easy access to important landmarks.

The images online were not completely accurate representations of the bedroom received, something I thought could be improved.

Facilities

9/10

Check-in and breakfast took place at a sister location. That provides a distinct experience. The staff provided excellent English-language skills. I also found helpful recommendations were offered.

Rooms

8/10

The room offered unique design features and a comfortable atmosphere. There were plenty of mirrors in the room, I noted. A big brass key secures each room. This is dropped off at the main building upon leaving.

Location

10/10

The location offers close proximity to the Rialto Bridge. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach, a short walk away. San Marco Square is also easily reachable in only five minutes.
