The breakfast included cereals and cheeses. I enjoyed the plentiful coffee. my room had a fridge! the staff was helpful and always in touch.

the area outside the hotel felt a bit sketchy, though the hotel itself was fine.

constant yelling failing wi-fi

the room was alright i suppose. daily cleaning service seemed acceptable, so i have no issues about that.

oh, the noise. yelling happened at all hours and it was hard to sleep. plus, wi-fi practically didn't work. it kept disconnecting, what a disaster.

clean hotel friendly staff handy elevator

the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. the location proves perfect as i needed something close to the train station. i appreciate the hotels elevator, it made moving luggage easy.

a concern involved the surrounding area. several drug users loitered nearby. this, especially when moving around at night.

The room had a comfortable temperature. I found the bed comfortable as well. The room was quiet at night, thus I could sleep well after walking all day. The hotel is near the central station and metro. Therefore, it was easy to travel around.

The area around the hotel concerned me. Several people loitered nearby. This impacted our sense of security .

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I always felt welcome. The room included a refrigerator, helpful for keeping drinks cold. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from.

The area around the hotel felt unsafe at NIGHT.
