The staff was very helpful upon arrival. I received two complimentary bottles of water. The room was spacious and clean. I stored my luggage at the hotel after checking out, which allowed me to continue sightseeing without any hindrance. I found the location to be superb, close to shops.

The wooden floor made squeaky noises when I walked, so I could hear the people above.

The room was spacious, I enjoyed it. There was a large toilet and very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is quiet, I noticed no disruptions. I found shops and food places were within walking distance.

I have mixed feelings about my stay. The receptionist who checked me out constantly touched his face and nose while I ate my breakfast , it wasn't pleasant to see. It was a bit cold in the room , I wasn't confortable.

the room had excellent space. i could easily and comfortably fit everything in the room. the front desk staff were very helpful. the location was great, with major areas within walking distance.

the wooden floor made squeaky noises when i walked in the room. i heard everything from the people above and below me.

the hotel is close to louise station, great for accessing public transport. there are many shopping and dining options within a short walk from the hotel. place fernand cocq, offering bars and restaurants, is only a 5-minute walk away too!!!

The location is good.

The hotel description mentioned parking, but parking is not available on-site. I had to use a public parking garage nearby, costing €28 per day. the wooden floors in the room squeaked a lot. I could hear every step from the room above.
