I found the location unbeatable and right in the heart of everything. The capsule offered good privacy and felt self-contained, with all the essentials. I noted the toilets and showers were clean and modern. I also appreciated the helpful staff available at reception.

The capsule fan was quite noisy. It could be disruptive for some.

The location is unbeatable. I walked everywhere (piccadilly circus is a blast!). the staff was friendly and very helpful. i loved how secure it felt (especially as a solo traveler).

central location soundproofed space comfortable mattress

the location was amazing (it's right on piccadilly circus). the capsule itself felt private, spacious, and soundproofed. i found the mattress comfortable, and the linens were clean. there were plenty of showers and toilets available, so i never had to wait.

i found only hot water at all bathroom taps, even the cold ones.

various shops and many dining options exist on the same street. a tesco express is also nearby, offering convenient grocery access. i did not use the hotel's dining facilities, but the proximity to many options was beneficial.

comfortable central stay

central location simple check-in effective security

i found the location central. check-in was simple. the showers had floor to ceiling doorswith adequate privacy. it was a straightforward process. the security measures in place seemed effective given it is a high tourist area.

The cleanliness was not very excellent. It could certainly be improved. the bathrooms were visibly unclean, and i found the shower rather inconvenient to use. also, the air inside the capsule felt excessively dry. this made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.
