dark room and limited english skills

the room was clean. i did like the relaxing feel of a spa hotel with nice robes and products.
the staff could not understand or speak any english at all. it was hard to communicate simple requests. also, the exterior of the building had a great design but the inside did not look like it had design qualities.

The staff were helpful. The hotel had easy access from the train station.
The room was too dark, and there was no window. I really needed natural light. The absence of any opening to the outside was a problem.

high fence basic soaps
The rooms are modern and they are clean. the beds are indeed huge.
I found the hot tub's temperature too hot. It was difficult to stay in for long. The view from the rooftop was blocked by a high fence. This was a real shame. Basic soaps and tea were not what I expected for the price. It did not feel special.
