Fantastic Stay in Mishima!

convenient location mountain view relaxing onsen

The hotel's location is amazing! It is a short walk from the train station. Made traveling easy. I could see Mount Fuji clearly from my room and the breakfast area. The onsen on the top floor provided a relaxing experience with beautiful views.

I found that the water in the hot springs was not hot enough. It felt lukewarm and had a noticeable chlorine smell, a little disappointing

The hotel is near the train station. An early check-in was provided, appreciated. The room included a day bed. This extra seating was a pleasant surprise. Pajamas and slippers were available in the room for comfort.

I found the exchange rate price discrepancy confusing and the staff was not helpful in resolving it.

The rooftop onsen offered a beautiful view, though crowded at times. The hotel has a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast area provided clear views. It included a selection of Japanese food, fruits, cereals and yogurts.
