the room was spacious. the hotel provided little necessities bags with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and earbuds (thoughtful touch!). the shower had great power. the hotel offers convenient, free on-site parking.

the check-out process was brief. there was no opportunity for immediate feedback regarding issues.

i had the lasagne. i could tell it was home cooked. there were lots of food options and a variety of rooms to eat in. these included the bar area with the tv and a quieter lounge type area.

The room was newly renovated and very comfortable! The hotel staff worked hard to. I also found free parking on site. The available spots were limited though.

The bed made noise whenever I moved. It squeaked loudly. Our room faced the front and picked up a lot of traffic noise from the road. There was also a very noisy music pub across the road that stayed open late.

helpful staff clean room parking space

The staff were helpful. I am grateful for their assistance in getting to portmeirion on time when i couldn't find a taxi. the room was very clean! i found a designated parking space , made things easier.
