The staff was very helpful and set up the room for my child. local people were very nice. We played a lot of pool. it was great value, just what i expected and very clean. the meet and greet was friendly. I was quite pleased.

the room had flimsy curtains that let in a lot of street lighting. i didn't feel safe in the ground floor room with the entrance right off a busy street.

The staff were friendly and cute. the family room upstairs had two separate areas, convenient. the shared kitchen had everything needed, including a washing machine. It was very useful. the location was convenient, with a bus stop across the street and a train station nearby.

the bathroom had a slight drain odor, but it wasn't too bothersome. it could use some addressing. there was also some noise from the pub, but it was manageable.

Two bus stops sit right in front that take you to St Andrews or Dundee, depending on the side of the road you choose. These buses arrive every ten minutes, fantastic. The train station is also only ten minutes away.

The parking is ample, always a plus when travelling. There is a bar providing refreshing beverages, for a welcome drink after a long journey. I found the staff helpful. They provided great advice.

The room featured a nice king size bed for restful sleep. I had big cups for my tea and coffee. The location of the room being on the ground floor was very convenient. It eliminated stair climbing.
