The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing local attractions.

My dining experience presented a significant issue. I attempted to make a dinner reservation but was informed all slots were fully booked. upon passing by the restaurant later in the evening, I observed many vacant tables. This discrepancy was disappointing.. I found the staff to be less than professional in their interactions.

i found the staff very helpful throughout my stay. food and drinks were really good, especially the sunday brunch (i really recommend it). the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. the outdoor area for breakfast was very nice, with a buffet style breakfast that offered a good variety.

the room service menu was slightly limited during late-night hours.

the staff were helpful, it is true. the hotel has a nice design and the room i stayed in felt spacious to me. the spa treatments was a delight, i give it a 10/10.

the room we had wasnt up to par. there was cracks in the walls, and the whitewash was peeling off, i noticed. at checkout, i saw almost €200 worth of services i never ordered and it had been added to my bill.
