I had to pay extra for checking in late, something i never experienced before. then, the bathroom door handle broke, trapping my partner inside. it was not fixed . We couldn't close the door.

the staff were SO polite. food was wonderful in the restaurant and breakfast was fresh. sausages are the best we have had in a long time. the rooms are super clean and perfect for a short break! close to rye, it is great.
I requested a ground floor room as my mobility isn't good. my room was too small with only enough space for one chair for both of us. shower had no power. Sink mixer tap kept sticking with slow flow of water that wouldn't drain away.
