i found the staff to be very proactive and friendly . breakfast was enjoyable, and the room offered plenty of hot water in the bathroom. i especially liked the secure storage available for bikes.

I had to pay extra for checking in late, something i never experienced before. then, the bathroom door handle broke, trapping my partner inside. it was not fixed . We couldn't close the door.

the staff were SO polite. food was wonderful in the restaurant and breakfast was fresh. sausages are the best we have had in a long time. the rooms are super clean and perfect for a short break! close to rye, it is great.
I requested a ground floor room as my mobility isn't good. my room was too small with only enough space for one chair for both of us. shower had no power. Sink mixer tap kept sticking with slow flow of water that wouldn't drain away.

The staff was lovely, and the location proved convenient. the room included a comfortable bed. I slept well.
My food tasted unpleasant. It was an over large brown bread mound of fibrous material. the room was not cleaned thoroughly. I noticed spiders and dirt in corners of windows and doors.
