lovely stay
proactive staff secure storage hot water
i found the staff to be very proactive and friendly . breakfast was enjoyable, and the room offered plenty of hot water in the bathroom. i especially liked the secure storage available for bikes.
the pizza lacked basil, listed on the menu.

the twin room provided a countryside view, a detail i very much appreciated. there was access to each room separately. an outside seating area was located near a water feature with fish.

extra fee broken handle
the room was clean.
I had to pay extra for checking in late, something i never experienced before. then, the bathroom door handle broke, trapping my partner inside. it was not fixed . We couldn't close the door.

polite staff super clean room
the staff were SO polite. food was wonderful in the restaurant and breakfast was fresh. sausages are the best we have had in a long time. the rooms are super clean and perfect for a short break! close to rye, it is great.
I requested a ground floor room as my mobility isn't good. my room was too small with only enough space for one chair for both of us. shower had no power. Sink mixer tap kept sticking with slow flow of water that wouldn't drain away.

The room was very clean. it had a hairdryer, along with a cute hosting tray filled with assorted goodies. This added a special touch, rooms included comfortable seating and adequate space, resulting in a really nice and warm atmosphere.

i stayed in the double room private bathroom. it was very clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! there were so many options to choose from.

I found the breakfast to be perfect. I particularly appreciated the bike storage, a big bonus for cyclists like myself. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the dinner. It was tasty.

comfortable bed convenient location unpleasant food dirty corners
The staff was lovely, and the location proved convenient. the room included a comfortable bed. I slept well.
My food tasted unpleasant. It was an over large brown bread mound of fibrous material. the room was not cleaned thoroughly. I noticed spiders and dirt in corners of windows and doors.
