I appreciated the central location. It was a short walk to key attractions (such as the Victoria Theatre). My room was spacious. I also found the complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee facilities very useful. I especially appreciated the availability of many tea bags.
I noticed that I found no assistance during my arrival, which I think could be improved.

The location was very convenient. I easily accessed the nearby attractions. The staff was helpful with directions. My room had lovely high ceilings. The building had historic charm.
The hotel lacked an elevator. This made it slightly challenging with luggage.

The room was not properly cleaned. I found some hairs in the bathroom and the shower had mildew. The tv didn't WORK, and nobody came to fix it. I asked for extra towels, but they never arrived. This all.

spacious shower fabulous size central location
the walk in shower was spacious and had good water pressure. the rooms are a fabulous size, providing ample space to move around. i found the location convenient for accessing the town centre. it made exploring the area very easy.
the musty smell throughout the hotel was slightly noticeable.
