Staff were really great. Staff are helpful. The room was quiet. The room had a lot of tea. Coffee and milk are available in the room. Towels was clean and fresh.

the room weren't cleaned at all. We had to ask for towels. We had to ask for toilet roll when needed. They weren't automatically replaced. Rooms were never cleaned.

i noticed that the bed was not comfortable. the mattress seemed in need of replacement. i found the heat in the room rather unbearable. the window was small.
