“Nestled away from the bustle in Ashtead, this is a charming guest house with a picturesque garden, ideal for picnics. What I found particularly appealing is the hearty breakfast and quiet rooms, some offering lovely garden views. Though bedrooms may or may not be en-suite, I think the location is superb, close to both Chessington World of Adventures and Nonsuch Park.”

a haven away from home
large room clean facilities enormous bath
the room was large. it was also clean. EVERYTHING we asked for existed, including a fridge with milk and water. a tea station stood ready. the bathroom was huge and included an enormous bath. DAVID was very helpful upon settling us in. we had a restful night.

excellent stay
quiet stay comfortable bed tower fan
the beds are comfortable the en suite had a large walk in shower everything was beautifully decorated. a selection of teas and coffee was available in the room with a full size kettle fresh milk was available in a fridge on the landing. there was a tower fan in the room

Exquisite stay in a beautiful house
warm welcome rainfall shower
David gave me a warm welcome. He showed me to my room and kindly provided restaurant recommendations. The garden is beautifully maintained, and I spent a good hour enjoying the sun. The rooms are stylishly furnished. My bed was comfortable and included soft bedding, and the en suite was AMAZING. The powerful hot rainfall shower, ceramic shower pumps for bathroom essentials, and heated towel rack made the bathroom a dream.

Breakfast included fresh coffee, croissants, toast, yogurts and fresh orange juice. The continental breakfast was generous and delicious, with a homemade fruit salad. I appreciated having just enough for a day out.

David and Jane were attentive hosts, ready to assist with any requests. David greeted me warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for local eateries. I felt they cared about my experience.

The room was well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and fresh milk was available in a fridge. The en suite featured a large walk-in shower, and the room was decorated BEAUTIFULLY. Soft sheets and huge pillows made for an really good sleep.
