“Nestled away from the bustle in Ashtead, this is a charming guest house with a picturesque garden, ideal for picnics. What I found particularly appealing is the hearty breakfast and quiet rooms, some offering lovely garden views. Though bedrooms may or may not be en-suite, I think the location is superb, close to both Chessington World of Adventures and Nonsuch Park.”

a pleasant stay overall

pretty gardensquality furnishingsbroken tvmissing shelf
the room was beautifully decorated. it had high quality furnishings (i liked the choice of fabrics). our room was at the back of the house. it looked out over the pretty gardens.
the tv did not work in the room. i had to ask for an extra glass. there was no shelf in the bathroom for a hand towel near the sink. the lighting switches were confusing.
