awesome breakfastsuper clean roomshort walk
the breakfast was fantastic (especially the full english!). the room was super clean and included a superking bed. i found it particularly handy that the hotel is a short walk to the theatre.
the pillows in the room were a bit too soft for my liking.

The breakfast service was really slow. I waited ages for my order. The coffee tasted like instant coffee, a letdown. The avocado toast had a thick, untoasted piece of sourdough bread, not what I expected. It was a bit disappointing.

underwhelming stay with issues
lacking cutlerypoor cleanliness
the breakfast experience was quite poor. one staff member handled all tasks including cooking it seemed. i arrived at 0900 to find no clean table and a lack of cutlery. the general cleanliness was lacking and it was like an afterthought. this felt substandard considering the price.

The staff were cute! The room was super clean and included all comforts needed for my stay. I particularly enjoyed the excellent food, especially the substantial breakfast with black pudding.
The shower slider in the room was a little wobbly.

The welcome was very warm and efficient for both check-in and check-out. Throughout my stay, the service was consistently efficient. the staff maintained a friendly attitude. I felt very well cared for .
