mohamad al habashi provided a wonderful reception. he offered super professional assistance and guidance. yasir, the room service guy, gave excellent service with professional behavior (it was really appreciated). the cleanliness throughout the hotel was wonderful.

i noticed some swarms of mosquitoes outdoors, particularly in the morning and at night.

The staff was VERY helpful at the reception desk. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was good. My room had a view of the green golf course, and , made a difference.

My room had issues with dampness. The ceiling had moisture collection, and the AC dripped water everywhere. I also found dust on the furniture.

I found walking along the paths was not allowed. A staff member stopped me. there were no reasonable child-friendly options. breakfast for the child cost extra and the room lacked a towel and basic toiletries for the child. the experience was annoying.
