convenient location rental car friendly staff faulty ac slow wifi broken panel

The location was convenient. It provided easy access with a rental car. I also found the staff very friendly. They did their best to.

The ac didn't work well. I wasn't able to control the temperature. the wifi was super slow. The door side panel in my room was broken too.

small room unreliable shuttle

The room was quite small, disappointing. I found it difficult to relax in such a confined space. the promised airport shuttle did not materialize. I had to scramble to find alternative transportation at the last minute and pay for it myself, an added inconvenience.

Simply charming!

cozy room efficient staff

This location offers excellent value. I secured a cozy room. The staff were all efficient. The bus stop adjacent the hotel was a plus. Public transit to the airport was very convenient for early departures.

The air conditioning unit was a little loud. It made sleeping difficult. The noise affected my rest. I'd recommend they check noise levels.

The hotel restaurant breakfast buffet included fresh fruits. There was also a selection of pastries and hot items. The dining area had ample seating and it was well maintained by the team. The team was quick with replenishments.

My room included a television with multiple channels. The bed was a double. The bathroom included a shower and toiletries. A work desk provided a dedicated space for business needs, great thing.

inconsistent stay, some issues noticed

poor ac slow check-in

the staff was accomodating, so car parking was not an issue.

I found the room quite dark. the ac didn't cool properly. This affected multiple rooms booked through the same reservation. also, the check-in took an excessively long time.

The breakfast had many choices! i found the staff really helpful. the room was super clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything clean and fresh!!!

the bathroom was small. i thought the water drainage was bad, and the floor stayed wet. the building seemed old, and it felt very expensive.
