The location is excellent. Many attractions are within walking distance. I found the doormen and staff always helpful with any assistance. The breakfast and evening tapas with drinks are included and were quite enjoyable. Our room bathroom was spacious and the closets were large.

Elevators are slow and caused some waiting during peak times.

the team at reception was nice. they helped with dinner reservations. it was a kind of open buffet that started around 17:00 in the evening and was included in the price.

The 5-star rating feels exaggerated. It is more like a 4-star experience. there was no bathrobe in the room, and toiletries were budget level. Shower caps were absent. room service options were limited, and staff members seemed preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves. i required medication delivered to my room and it took over an hour, despite multiple phone calls.

The breakfast offered a good variety, which I found satisfying. The evening indulgence hour provided light dinner options with beer and wine.. This saved on dining costs.
