I chose this place because of its central location. i was kinda surprised. All employees are friendly and cute. the room is a good size, it includes breakfast. it is close to the subway.
The room was not very spacious. The aircon made a terrible noise every couple of minutes. the damaged light bulb at the entrance was not replaced despite being reported.

the breakfast buffet includes a sufficient spread with many options. however, guests should be more courteous, vacating their tables after finishing. this simple act ensures everyone enjoys their meal in a timely manner.

the location is central to many attractions including times square and fashion street! the subway is close, providing easy access to other parts of the city. moynihan station is a short walk away.

The location proved super convenient, with easy access to transportation. The staff was very friendly at reception, providing assistance whenever needed. I found the room quite clean and updated, which contributed to a pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend this place for anyone needing a stay in the area.
The air conditioning was somewhat noisy. It made sleeping a little difficult.

The room included a microwave and coffee maker, very useful. The bathroom seemed newly updated and was clean. The bed provided excellent comfort and it was easy to adjust the room's temperature.

The complimentary breakfast featured good options, including a sufficient variety. Although I am not the biggest fan, the breakfast buffet offered scrambled eggs. More fruits such as grapes and kiwis can be added to increase variety.

The area is very central. It allowed convenient exploration of numerous attractions. Its proximity to the subway made navigating the city easy. Many major points of interest are within reasonable walking distance as well.

The staff readily held bags after checkout, allowing further exploration unencumbered. The front desk staff, especially Jeffrey, were helpful and professional. This added considerable convenience and value to the overall experience, I have to say.
