The room was super clean! the bathroom sparkled, and the king-sized bed felt super comfy! plus, i found tea, coffee, biscuits, and mineral water all stocked. the heating worked perfectly, and i felt secure with the key fob entry to the bedrooms from the bar area. It was just great!
the breakfast service was a little slow. it opened slightly later than advertised, and i was eager to start my day.

The location is beautiful and close to the broads! the staff were so smiley and helpful. i really liked the heated swimming pool and sunny deck. It was perfect! the tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, and even sparkling water in my room.

I found the room beautifully decorated, it matched the peaceful boat theme so well. the pool provided a relaxing space. It was lovely and well kept. the entertainment room offered a good spot for evening fun. the setting felt very tranquil, especially the sunny deck.
The noise from nearby conversations was a bit disruptive. I could hear flushes and voices through the walls.

The room got hot. It reached 33°c at night, and the tower fan only blew dust everywhere. i couldn't find anyone to ask for help after 9pm, i felt really unsafe.
