ABSOLUTELY fantastic stay!

central location bay windows patient staff

I adore the central location. I found it GREAT. A short walk took me to both the shops and the beach. The waiting area has large bay windows. I even managed to nap there, and I thought it was an amazing idea for travellers. The staff were AMAZING and helpful. They even phoned a minibus company for me. They were very patient and kind!

This hotel offered a location very close to the beach. It took only a short walk to reach the main part of the town. There are rooms that are nice and clean and the pool is in the hotel next door.

The staff are REALLY friendly. This. They were always smiling and helpful. They were able to book all the wonderful excursions right there. I also found them helpful with travel arrangements.

The location is excellent, VERY central to everything. We walked to the beach, the market, and various restaurants. Everything was right at the hotel's front door. There were also plenty of food options just metres away.

central location convenient food noisy room limited storage

i booked a bed in a 4-bed mixed dormitory room. the location is very central, a definite plus. plenty of food is around the place and it is really convenient.

the room was quite noisy the first night because of music. the music played until late, and it bothered me. there was no wardrobe, only some hangers on a wall rack, so i kept my clothes in the suitcase.

convenient location nearby restaurants reception table unfriendly staff worn-out room clogged drain

The location is pretty good. A 7-Eleven is just across the street. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. I appreciated the table in the reception, so I could work.

The staff seemed unfriendly to me. The room looked worn out and dirty. The shower drain was clogged. This was not pleasant.

awful smell rusty furniture

The location was good as it was near to the beach.

The towels smelled bad and it was very unpleasant to use them. The sheets had stains on them too, I found this concerning. The balcony furniture was rusty. It needs attention.

The hotel had a very good location. The room was clean and I liked the laundry facilities. I had access to a gym and a swimming pool on the roof. The beach is a short walk away and a convenience store is across the street.

mixed feelings about my stay

clogged drain unfriendly staff

the shower drain was clogged. it made showering unpleasant. the staff seemed rather unfriendly. i asked for new towels, it took three tries and almost three hours to get them. the bedding cover also looked unreplaced.

I appreciated the hotel's strategic location. The beach is easily accessible. Many shops are nearby and it is convenient. The room I booked featured an ocean view. Access to the adjacent resort's swimming pool was a notable perk.

The sheets had some stains and the towels emitted an unpleasant odor. I avoided using them due to this issue. Floors also did not seem to be cleaned regularly.
