the walk to the room was steep and long. i did not see this mentioned in the description. the swim up bar was not open. the bar area had limited selections, mostly beer.

The villa featured comfortable beds. I found a spacious room. The deck provided a relaxing space for enjoying the quiet and the fabulous water views. The staff impressed me. They found my husband's wallet in the safe on our last day and rushed it to the ferry just before our departure.

The bathroom felt less updated than the main room. It needed a little attention, though it was functional.

check-in took over an hour it was ridiculous i don't know what they were doing there were only a few people ahead of me the pool seemed dirty i would not swim in it mosquitos were also a problem

I noticed the hotel rooms are elevated. This required scaling some steps to get to them, which may not suit all guests.

i just stayed at a villa and the view was fine! the staff was helpful, solving room issues quickly during check-in. i would definitely stay again, given the chance. the villa offered maya bay views, a highlight for me!

the worn and damaged paths made getting around difficult because the hotel is built on a hillside. some areas have very steep inclines.

I was quite annoyed by the lack of basic amenities in my room (I expected more for the price). The air conditioning barely worked, and the room felt damp the whole time. the promised daily cleaning was minimal. The bathroom was not properly cleaned during my entire stay. The staff seemed disinterested in addressing these issues, frustrating.
