I found the rooms amazing and large. I really enjoy the big spacious bathroom. It had separate bath tub and shower. his and hers sink. The staff was really supportive, always willing to help with a smile.
The breakfast had problems. I noticed not many options were available compared to similar hotels. There were flies on the fruit in the cold room every day, a real turn off. They needed simple glass or netted domes.

I found the gym to be the largest and best equipped I have seen at a hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The staff were also really attentive. I especially liked that the beach was only a short, five-minute walk away.

the rooms were lovely and meticulously clean. i especially appreciated the comfortable design. the hotel grounds and the pool provided a tranquil escape. the staff demonstrated genuine effort, particularly with attentive service at the pool and during dinner.
the beach location requires crossing a road, and some may find this inconvenient.

The Olympic-size pool was excellent and well kept. I found the staff helpful and polite throughout my stay. The food at the on-site restaurants, Kin and Nook, was excellent. I especially liked the attentive service.
The beach is across the road, requiring a short walk to access it. Though this was a minor inconvenience.

from arrival, the staff were cute. mook, the hotel manager, was pleasant. the hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional thai elements. our horizon ocean king was spacious and offered fine views.
the advertised four restaurants specialized in different cuisines, but they all had the same menu! it fell short of expectations since we expected a varied selection. there is no michelin-starred restaurant.

i found the olympic size pool quite excellent. the gym had good equipment. the room was modern and clean. i appreciated the provided water bottles. breakfast was good and the italian restaurant nearby was a great find, it's just a short walk away.
I was a bit disappointed that not all staff could communicate well in english. It sometimes made things difficult. it's important to have english-speaking staff at the front desk. some minor issues need attention but overall i had a very good stay.
