wonderful stay at a beautiful location

I found the staff helpful. They were very friendly! the breakfast had so many options. it was very filling. I skipped lunch most days. the pools were clean. i went to the fossil shell cemetery when the tide was low. Seeing those creatures was very interesting.

The restaurant had a meat special for two. the actual dish had lots of bone and fat. It was unlike the picture. i complained, and they took it. the replacement was too small, and they still wanted to charge full price!

My room included a king-size bed and a seating area. the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. It was very convenient. fresh towels were provided daily. They kept everything super clean.

The buffet breakfast was acceptable and offered various options to start the day.

The room had a noticeable damp smell I found unpleasant. Cleanliness was an issue. There were areas that did not meet MY expectations. The room condition felt outdated, certainly NOT what I expect.

Wonderful Stay in Krabi

adult pool bus service

The adult only pool was a great feature alongside a family pool with relaxation jets. Breakfast service occurred near the reception each morning and had room for small improvements. A bus service from the hotel travels to Ao Nang beach given its close proximity to undeveloped areas. I noted the bus schedule at reception with limited service and large gaps between departures.

The resort's location is somewhat isolated. Limited local restaurants exist, with other amenities and shops over 30 minutes away. The hotel provides free bikes, but their roadworthiness needs review and servicing.

Our sea view room featured his and her sinks. There was a bathtub as well as a separate shower. The room size was comfortable and spacious.

the breakfast was acceptable with a variety of food.

my room had many light switches not labelled. i did not find front desk clear. the shuttle bus times do not make sense preventing eating in ao nang.
