The breakfast setup was a bit chaotic. Tables weren't cleared quickly enough and the coffee machines seemed to be constantly out of service. Rather annoying! If you left your table to get more food, you risked returning to find your things gone. The staff was unpredictable at breakfast time.

the staff proved helpful. the room was spacious. i reserved a parking spot underground and it all worked perfectly. i would stay here again. it was a charmed experience. the bed was also really comfortable. it had pleasant soft bedding.

the breakfast had little choice. it also lacked variety.

I booked the stay hoping for a smooth experience, but there were a couple of hiccups. the limited parking was a real issue. I had to reserve a spot in advance, and spaces were still tight when i arrived. also, the breakfast area felt too small for the number of guests. It was often crowded and some items ran out quickly. the coffee machine wasn't working properly one morning, either

the breakfast was amazing i especially enjoyed the variety of fresh pastries they offered the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay a parking spot was secured for me which was very convenient given i was driving there was underground parking available for a fee

i booked a twin room i did not receive this upon arrival i complained at reception reception informed me they were fully booked the receptionist also said there was no one available to make the room up with two single beds

The breakfast options had gluten-free choices. That was acceptable.

The restaurant was closed. This was one reason i booked the hotel. there was no mention when i booked that the restaurant wasn't open on sundays. i ordered a takeaway which wasn't very good, and it was frustrating. had i known, i wouldn't have booked it.
