The location proved very convenient, situated directly across from the train station (easy access for travels). the staff was very helpful and accommodating. i found complimentary drinking water available in the lobby. an elevator was available. This made moving luggage much easier.

the breakfast area sometimes felt crowded. it could benefit from a more logical setup. i also had to wait a bit longer for the toaster.

the reception staff provided quick assistance with luggage storage both upon arrival and departure. i was also given a city map (very useful for navigating the area). the team looked consistently attentive to guest needs.

The hotel is directly across from the main train station. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, giving clear directions to a nearby supermarket. It was easy to travel around since many buses stop at the train station. Many dining choices are located near the hotel.

The room was small , for the number of beds it contained. The restroom could use some improvements.

the location was really convenient near the train station. staff members were helpful and friendly . the hotel offered maximum facilities within its budget. i found a water dispenser available at the front desk.

i noticed some noise from other guests above my room.

great location lovely reception basic essentials bathroom floor

the location is great next to the train station. the reception staff were also lovely. i found it good value, especially knowing budget means a clean basic room.

Some basic essentials were missing things i think any hotel should have. when i took a shower, water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Everything became very wet.
