great location clean room parking tariff warm room

the hotel location is great. many restaurants and cafes are very close. i also enjoyed the complimentary drinks refreshed daily. the room was clean.

the staff did not explain the parking tariff clearly. this caused some annoyance at the parking garage. also the room was too warm. i could not adjust the temperature because the air conditioning was off for the winter.

the location was acceptable, close to the train station.

The staff was unwelcoming. I had to ask them about parking tariffs myself. when i told reception, they acted surprised and said work should have started later. It seemed like waking guests at 10 am was acceptable to them.

excellent stay near the train station

modern room heated towel bar convenient location

the hotel is conveniently located about ten minutes from the train station and half that to the tram. dining options are plentiful in the area. i found the room quite modern and well-sized with a great bed. the bathroom included a nice walk-in shower and a heated towel bar.

i contacted the hotel in advance regarding parking locations and associated discounted rates, but the discount card was not accepted at the garage, and the rate was different. the hotel staff didn't have an immediate solution for this discrepancy.

the hotel offers lockers for luggage storage, a very convenient feature. there is also a café and bistro within the premises, providing easy access to meals and relaxation. i did not use all the facilities.

the breakfast included smoked salmon, goat cheese, and a selection of egg dishes. mushrooms, sausages, baked tomatoes, and bacon were also available. there were various jams, nuts, and traditional sweets.
