fitness center helpful service great breakfast
The fitness center had great equipment, specifically three treadmills. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the valet service was super helpful. They took great care of my car.

mixed feelings.

limited pool access shower issue
the room itself was quite nice.
The pool access was a joke. It was limited to one hour daily. you had to book it in advance. finding a time that actually worked was nearly impossible. also, i had an issue with the shower. There was no hot water. they couldn't fix it promptly and offered me another room just to shower.

excellent stay

friendly staff wonderful stay great location
The hotel was very nice, and the staff seemed friendly. they was helpful. There was no problem they couldn't solve. it was a wonderful stay, and i will definitely come back. the location was also great. i could easily walk to restaurants and shopping.
i complained to the hotel about windows not being able to open when the room was too hot. nothing was done about the problem. spider webs were also present in the bathroom
