The Brasserie des Haras serves French cuisine alongside Alsatian specialties. The menu is created by chef Marc Haeberlin in collaboration with chef François Baur. The breakfast room features woodwork with sculptures of medicinal plants by Pierre-Louis Dietschy, and partitions open to reveal a breakfast buffet that features local and organic farm products, hot drinks, fresh fruit juices, breads, pastries, homemade cakes, jams, honey, cheeses, cold meats, fresh seasonal fruit, cereals, and dried fruits from 6:30 AM. The bar is in the former stable and extends into the majestic interior courtyard.
