the apartment was spacious and clean. i found the supermarket opposite the hotel very convenient. the gondola lift was also a short walk away. the staff organized our airport transfer and greeted us each day.

the swimming pool was closed, and under reconstruction.

I appreciated hotel was close to the Gondola. The price was good. Rooms are warm and clean I have noticed.

I found the shower to not work well. I felt as if I was flying a spaceship when using it. Walls were thin, I heard every conversation.

i loved the staff they were friendly and helpful even when i arrived late at night the room was good and spacious for two people plus i had a box kitchen there so i could cook. the bathroom was also okay i really enjoyed that the location was close to the lift!

i found one slight issue even though there was a radiator it wasn't quite enough so the room was a bit chilly but a jacket fixed it quickly

the room size was good and it was warm i had plenty of hot water to use i really enjoyed the value and it was quiet at night so i got a great sleep. the provided balcony was awesome too.

the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay i appreciated their quick responses and helpful attitude they gave great recommendations on nearby attractions. the team was always ready to help with any questions or requests i had which was awesome.

there is a nice little bar available with a good hot chocolate and the prices are about half that of other places nearby. i appreciated the convenience of having this option right in the building. i definitely recommend it.

The room was spacious and warm. Hot water was plentiful in the bathroom. The value was excellent, especially given the quiet nights.. I slept well. I also found the location convenient. The gondola lift was a short walk away. The staff addressed my requests promptly.

The corridor had a slight cigarette smell one evening.
