flooding shower broken refrigerator

the staff was friendly and helpful during my brief stay there wasn't anything particularly wrong.

my room was not ideal the sink was actually located outside the bathroom in the bedroom area this felt odd and inconvenient the shower design allowed water to flood the entire bathroom floor making it necessary to use a towel to mop up the mess after each shower the refrigerator also wasn't working properly this was a real problem as i needed to keep some items cool.

the room was modern. the hotel has very new decor. i appreciated the bath in the middle of the room. they also have private parking.

the hotel features very organized spaces. breakfast provides ample variety. a lidl supermarket is about 5-10 minutes away from the building, useful for familiar food if required.

the reception manager speaks perfect english. communication was excellent. the staff helped me maneuver my car and directed me where to store all my luggage while i waited for a late flight.

musty bathroom stained walls

the location was acceptable close to transport links.

The bathroom smelled of mildew despite the building being relatively new. the shower lacked proper drainage causing water to flood the floor. I was constantly wiping it with towels. stains marked both the room's walls and the furniture.

the breakfast area was better than expected. the room had a nice vibe, and i found enough shampoo.

There was no air conditioning, even though it was hot outside. the sheet felt thin on top of the mattress. I could feel every bump.

my room was big and very clean it had a comfortable bed i especially liked the variety of pillows they offered i really appreciated the staff they were helpful and understanding i also found the location to be great with a short walk to the main street.

the minibar prices were a bit high but it was not a major issue overall

the hotel provided a gated car park to keep our vehicle safe it was easy to access i found this particularly useful as parking in the area can sometimes be challenging and limited.

the hotel is a 15 minute walk from vitosha boulevard a main commercial street i found the location convenient for both shopping and exploring the area around the main part of town.
