the location was acceptable close to transport links.

The bathroom smelled of mildew despite the building being relatively new. the shower lacked proper drainage causing water to flood the floor. I was constantly wiping it with towels. stains marked both the room's walls and the furniture.

the breakfast area was better than expected. the room had a nice vibe, and i found enough shampoo.

There was no air conditioning, even though it was hot outside. the sheet felt thin on top of the mattress. I could feel every bump.

my room was big and very clean it had a comfortable bed i especially liked the variety of pillows they offered i really appreciated the staff they were helpful and understanding i also found the location to be great with a short walk to the main street.

the minibar prices were a bit high but it was not a major issue overall

the hotel provided a gated car park to keep our vehicle safe it was easy to access i found this particularly useful as parking in the area can sometimes be challenging and limited.

the hotel is a 15 minute walk from vitosha boulevard a main commercial street i found the location convenient for both shopping and exploring the area around the main part of town.
