Albergo Villa Marta Hotel, a recently restored nineteenth-century hunting residence, offers rooms decorated in a classic Tuscan style with terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. Rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities. Bathrooms include free toiletries. Some rooms offer garden or Pisa hills views. Rooms in the main house are more decorated than those in the annex, which formerly housed servants. Suites consist of a central nave with a bed and relaxation area, plus two side rooms: one with a bathroom, the other with a closet and bathtub. A late check-out is available until 11:00, and takeaway breakfast with hot drinks and croissants is available for early departures. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot upon request.

It serves regional Tuscan specialities, such as homemade Tortelli pasta, in a rustic setting with linens and soft lighting. A takeaway breakfast of hot drinks and croissants is available for early departures.

Nearby landmarks include the International Academy of Italian Cuisine (2 km), Penny Market (2.5 km), Piazza dell' Anfiteatro (5 km), and San Michele in Foro (5 km). The entrance to the inn is off a curving roadway, through a gravel parking lot, and down a stone path with potted herbs. The hotel's buildings feature stucco, wooden shutters, and terra-cotta shingles, surrounded by gardens with camellias, magnolias, and roses encircling stone columns.
