a good stay near the tower

helpful staff ideal location good cleanliness

i found the staff helpful and friendly. luigi were really good too get us coffee cups and wine glasses for our room. the location was ideal (only a short walk to the famous tower). the cleanliness stood out, especially for a hotel in this price range.

the room was quite basic, and i missed having tea and coffee making facilities. there was a kettle, but no cups provided, a bit pointless.

charmed by the location

convenient location friendly staff delicious meals

The hotel is in a VERY convenient location! Close to the main attractions and public transport was easily accessible. I had a comfortable experience, especially appreciating the friendly staff who helped with directions and recommendations. The restaurant next door provided delicious meals too.

I found the bathroom a bit cramped, with limited space around the sink area, though it had all necessary facilities.

no tea facilities poor value

the location was acceptable it was close to the main attractions

the room lacked tea or coffee facilities i saw only a kettle and no cups i also noticed there were no glasses available i found this to be quite basic the value for the price i paid was not good
