fantastic stay near the station!

ideal location wide selection

the location near the main train station was great, especially as i planned day trips! i found the staff quite helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide selection, especially with the lactose-free milk option for my coffee.. that was a relief. leaving my cases on the last day was really convenient.

the decor in the reception area felt a bit cluttered with artificial flowers, and i noticed it needed updating..

The staff were very friendly and helpful . they assisted with parking and were quick to call a taxi. i appreciate them letting me leave my cases on the last day. It was such a help.

clogged shower drain dated furniture

the location was pretty good for getting to the train station that part worked out well.

the room was disappointing the shower drain was clogged water pooled quickly and the shower curtain had mold on it i told the reception about the drain but nothing happened also the room felt quite dated the furniture had scratches and the walls needed fresh paint.

The room was spacious. the air conditioning was very effective. the location is great as it's a short walk to many tourist areas. it is also a short walk from the train station. This made day trips easy. all of the staff were so friendly, helpful, and gave excellent advice.

i thought the breakfast was quite expensive for what was locally available.

central location friendly staff tired decor dark lighting

The location near the train station was really handy. the walk to the leaning tower was also doable at around 20 minutes. the staff were friendly too. They were always smiling.

The room decor felt a bit tired, it needs some updating. i also thought the lighting in the room was too dark. It made things difficult sometimes.
